The 11,000-square-foot Ramsey House is completely decorated in authentic Victorian style, including a grand Christmas tree with original 1870s family ornaments, the dining room table set for a lavish meal, and pine garlands on the front porch and grand staircase. Hour-long tours led by costumed guides incorporate tidbits from family letters and diaries, while elegant music is played on the 1875 Steinway piano and a costumed Ramsey servant serves freshly baked Christmas cookies. Visitors also can sip hot cider while shopping for Victorian replica ornaments and other gift items in the Carriage House shop.
